Graphic and web designs are tailored specifically to attract maximum attention or interest. A great looking design is more likely to be easily recalled than a plain and simple one. Designing is governed by basic rules. The most important rule is that a web site must be easy to read. It means that that the text and background colors are selected very carefully so that the background does not obscure the text. The dark and light colors should be matched that it does not defeat the purpose of showing each color on a different angle.

An example is the use of dark colored text on a light colored background or vice versa. Careful use of size should also apply to convey the right message. Texts that are extremely huge may be interpreted as screaming to visitors or readers while text that are too small are difficult to read. Capitals or bold letters also convey a shouting message thus a mixture of small and capitalized text is better.

You do not want to appear shouting at customers right?

Thus a balance in everything is equally important. Correct alignment such that the text is aligned to the left and not on the center, is easier to read. Central alignment of text is used mostly on headlines. The second rule is that the web site should be easy to find. Although we are already in the computer age where everybody is expected to be computer literate and can navigate the internet single-handedly, the thought that everybody will be looking for such site is sometimes not true because people will be looking for a certain site if there is an online and offline promotion.

Relevant information makes a sense of security to the end users. The third rule is navigational accessibility which means that graphic images such as buttons are properly labeled. The navigational buttons should serve its purpose to guide end users rather than confuse them using flashy colors and designs. Constancy through the use of color codes should also be maintained such that, for example, a blue text should only indicate an unvisited link and not for any other purpose. Uniformity in their function should be prioritized. The fourth rule is consistency and coherence in every detail such as headings, footers and background effects. The last rule is the speed of download.

A person’s attention span is so limited that even a minute of waiting causes boredom. Your visitors will quickly lose interest if the page they are trying to open does not load in fifteen seconds. No one would want to stare at an empty page.

Web page design is such a complicated field that web page designers need to do continuous research to develop their style without being stereo-type. Before you embark on your Bethesda web design, you have to consider the basic rules in DC web design so that you will be guided to make your own personal preferences.

In recent years there is an increasing number of those who want to learn Arabic and the Arabic alphabet. Many people travel to Arab countries as tourists, scholars, students, workers, etc. A large number of Western companies in the Arab countries made papers, contracts and jobs. However, it is often necessary to know at least the basics of Arabic language or at least know how to read Arabic script.

This is where problems arise, Arabic script was unknown to most people from the west, there are special, completely different symbols which are written in Arabic words, many of them do not exist in the pronunciation of the letters of European and Western nations so it is very difficult to pronounce and read Arabic word. One of the problems that bothers all those who learn the Arabic alphabet is the fact that the Arabic language is written and read from right to left, and that each letter looks different when it is at the beginning, in the middle, the end of a word or when alone.

A particular problem is that the vocals in the daily script are not written, we write only the consonants, to be able to read such a text it is necessary to have special skills and knowledge. All the above is of course a problem for those who meet with the Arabic language for the first time and therefore the impression is that the Arabic alphabet and the Arabic language is generally very difficult to learn. I was surprised when I discovered that in Europe, more precisely, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there is a very good method for learning the Arabic script which is passed for centuries in various educational institutions of the Bosnian Muslims. This method of learning the Arabic letters is special because it approaches the Arabic capital letters in a very simple way from the perspective of European man who is accustomed to the Latin script, and after overcoming all the lessons in which the Arab capitals are combined, people can be quite fluent to read the Quran and it is a very good foundation for further learning of Arabic language used in daily life, literature and media.

Ensuring the delivery of your marketing emails is the biggest challenge for any marketer. There are a number of ways through which your free email marketing campaign may end up becoming spam. You should try to steer clear of all such factors.  How can you do that? Well, for starters, make sure you send emails to those people with whom you have developed a rapport. Also, you should send emails to those people who have signed up for the campaign.

Always remember, if the recipients of your emails do not know you personally, it is best to let them sign up for your emails. It is important to try and convince people to sign up. If you force them to read your emails, then some of them might lodge a spam complaint against you. Do not use your personal email address for sending out marketing emails in bulk. It may result in you being labeled a spammer. Always use a reputable mail service and Internet Service Provider (ISP). Doing so will make your campaign look more genuine. However, using a reputed mail service and ISP does not mean that your emails will not reach the spam folders.

If the subject of your mail contains words or phrases normally associated with spam, then your email will end up in the junk or bulk mail folder, instead of your recipient’s inbox. ISPs use email filters to check the subject line of every incoming email. A good subject line will always entice your subscribers to read the mail. A bad one will result in subscribers’ hitting the delete button or even worse, reporting it as spam.

Another way to avoid sending spam to your customers is to identify terms and phrases associated with spam. Some of these terms and phrases include words like ‘amazing’, ‘big money’, ‘free’, ‘cash bonus’, ‘credit’, ‘million dollars’ and ‘direct cash’. Apart from these phrases and terms, you should steer clear of some other spam triggers. For instance, avoid writing your content in capitals. In the cyber world, this is called shouting. Do not use currency logos or exclamation marks in your subject lines. They are most likely to set off spam filters instantly.

Keep an eye on email that comes into your own mailbox. You will be able to identify spam mail. Over a period of time, these mails will start appearing in your spam folder as well. Make a note of the terms used in these mails. In doing so, you will know the latest spam terminology. You can also use spam check software to test your free email marketing campaign thoroughly, before sending it to your clients.
