Many of us aren’t happy with the amount of fat we’re carrying. We would all like to get rid of love handles and other problem areas of fat. It creeps up on us, you know. It may be diet, it may be a sedentary job or it may be genetics, but most of us are fatter than we want to be. And you only have to look at the news to see that doctors throughout the USA are worried about rising rates of obesity and the associated risks of heart attack, stroke and type 2 diabetes. Who doesn’t want to lose a bit of weight?

You can find a wide range of weight loss aids and diet pills at Powerhouse Supplements.net for sale on our online store. Many of our most popular sellers just walk out the door not only because they’re available at clearance prices, but also because they contain the amazing weight loss substance ephedra.

Ephedra (also called ephedrine, ma huang and Mormon Tea) is a natural extract from the Ephedra sinica bush that grows native in dry, desert areas of Asia. Used for many centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating respiratory problems including coughs, colds and flu, ephedra is know known as a fat burner/weight loss pill.

Ephedra works in several ways to help those using this dietary supplement to lose weight quickly. First of all, ephedra is a thermogenic. A thermogenic raises the metabolism, allowing the body to process calories and turn them into heat (literally burning fat). This means that the body will have to tap into its fat reserves, including the fat reserves in stubborn hard-to-lose areas like the abdomen, buttocks and thighs. Secondly, ephedra triggers a release of energy in the body, raising the heart rate and body temperature slightly in preparation for action. This dramatically increased energy level means that the desire to energy – or even fidget! – means that you will burn more calories. Thirdly, ephedra helps you lose weight because it promotes mental alertness, allowing you to increase your focus and determination to stick with a program of exercise and/or diet rather than giving up.

These weight loss benefits of ephedra are often enhanced by blending ephedra with caffeine – the secret behind many fat loss formulas.

The Khajuraho, also known as the group ofKhajurahoMonuments is situated in the Madhya Pradesh, India. The place is about 700kms from the capital of India, Delhi. The Jain Temples and the Medieval Hindus are the popular sites in theKhajuraho. It is also among the popular tourists attractions in India. The UNESCO has declared the Khajuraho as the World Heritage Sites about few years back, which is a big landmark, achieved by the cityKhajuraho.  The name of this city “Khajuraho” was derived from the Sanskrit Word known as Kharjur, the meaning of this word is s date palm.

Although, the Khajuraho monuments do not involve any erotic or the carvings which bring the sexual excitement inside the monuments but there are some pictures engraved on the outside walls which do so. In fact, there are large numbers of pictures or carvings on the exterior of the building which arise such feelings.

Apart form these; there are some pictures which reflect the lifestyle of people in the city. Moreover, the sexual characteristic of these pictures do not reveal any of the meticulously described positions. Between the years 950 to 1150 AD, the Chandelles were responsible for the building of these temples and during this time, the following of the Tantric tradition was at the peak. These temples are now developed in the region of parkland landscape. But, when in 1947, India got the independence from the British Rule; the landscape was in the form of scrub and semi desert areas. But due to the hard work of the architectures, the area has now been transformed to the rose trees and the ornamental trees. However, this development of the area has arisen several questions in the context of relationship between the relationship of the surrounding area and the land consumed by the construction of these temples. Many Governmental agencies claim, that these temples have been built on the land consumed by the illegal means and therefore, they demand the demotion of these temples.

The Khajuraho temples provide the regions well equipped with the nice lighting and the museum inside the fort displays two shows everyday, the first one is in the English Language while the other one is in Hindi.  The large community of priests stays in these temples nowadays. These temples are also famous for the tree gardens, which bring back the theme of 10th century Indian gardens.
