If you stop eating all the unhealthy foods that you enjoy, will you be able to shed pounds easier and quicker? This is both true and untrue. So the time of day you eat does not really matter, it is how much you eat and how much you burn off through physical activity that will determine your fat loss.<br/><br/>Many people who lose fat successfully probably eat a lot of the same things you eat too and they have learned to feel good about themselves. Apparently when people suffer from nutritional imbalance, they can suffer from psychological imbalances as well.<br/><br/>A study that took place in a prison in Virginia, had the purpose of investigating whether the prisoners behavior would change if the men were made more nutritious. At the time large amounts of sugar and fast foods were being served. Their diet consisted of hamburgers, fried potatoes, white bred, cookies sweet snacks, soft drinks and milk shakes.<br/><br/>Their diet was changed to whole wheat bread, potatoes, meat, vegetables, fruit, and fish. Amazingly the prisoners&#8217; violent behavior diminished, and when junk food was reintroduced to their diet their violent behavior returned.<br/><br/>The researcher Schoenthaler who performed the study on prisoners, then questioned the effects of this diet on school kids. He wondered, if positive effects were seen in prisoners, could the same positive effects be seen on children.<br/><br/>He performed a study in an Arizona school. For four months their diets changed to a more nutritional one and half the children in the study got a vitamin and the other half were given a placebo.<br/><br/>The results showed that those students who took the vitamin showed tremendous improvement. Mischief making was lowered by about 50% in these children. They were less aggressive, destructive and behaved better.<br/><br/>What these studies show is that bad nutrition not only affects us physically, but it also affects us emotionally, and mentally. We must remember that our brain is a part of our body, and needs nutrients just as other parts of our bodies do. So when we don&#8217;t give it the right nutrition, it wont function correctly.<br/><br/>Doctors believe that it is impossible to take too few vitamins, so they usually recommend that patients take some sort of supplement. But they usually don&#8217;t make recommendations as far as fruit and vegetables go. Needless to say, the most popular resolution made every year is to lose weight. Year after year millions of people make this their goal for the upcoming year and start their exercise programs. Unfortunately though, year after year most of the resolutions fail, only to be made again and again every year after that. Sure most people start out with a bang for the first couple of months and do well, but in the end do not finish what they start.<br/><br/>The major flaw that most people have in their resolution to lose that weight is that they do not have a good plan in place for success. Usually, breast feeding that is well planned is very important for both the infant and the mother&#8217;s health.<br/><br/>The infant in the initial stages of development is completely dependent on the mother&#8217;s milk for its nutrition. This stage is very crucial for the proper development of all the systems in the child&#8217;s body. To accomplish this, the mother has to stay healthy. Bad food habits of the mother have direct effect on the health of the infant. The lifestyle and the environment of the mother are very crucial to produce healthy milk. A bad or polluted environment will cause the mother to produce unhealthy milk causing damage to the child&#8217;s health.<br/><br/>Wrong Diets of the Mother:<br/><br/>The mother who is feeding should eat healthy and stay healthy. The mother should have very nutritious food. Spicy food, Wine and other alcoholic drinks should be strictly forbidden.
