Sex is – well, let’s skip the introduction. I think we all have a basic understanding of what sex is. There is no need to go further down that path. Instead, let us look at some of the healthy benefits of sex and what may be keeping you from having good sex that can lead to good health.
Sex Helps Your Body
Not only does good health lead to good sex, but good sex may lead to good health. This is because sex is very therapeutic to humans in this way – sex helps relieve stress. Your body is not made to handle continual stress. In fact, stress kills cells that help fight sickness and stress greatly reduces endorphin, your body’s natural pain-killer. So the more stress you have, the greater chance you have of becoming sick and feeling aches and pains. But when you have sex, you are giving your body an outlet to release some of that pent-up stress. sex helps boost your immune system and releases more endorphin into the body. That is why having sex can temporarily alleviate back pain, arthritis, and other aches.
Sex Helps Your Mind
The more active your body is, the more active your mind will be. In the same way that exercise increases mental capabilities, sex does the same. During sex, chemicals are released into your body which gives you energy, increases your blood flow, elevates your mood, and reduces depression. So husbands, next time your wife calls you dumb, tell her you need more sex
.
What Don’t I Have Good Sex?
Well, clearly there are many factors that go into having good sex. But one factor that is often overlooked is the need for energy. sex is a strenuous activity that you place on your body, and so sex takes a lot of energy. If you are tired, stressed out, or have not been eating well, your sex life will be affected. Since your body needs plenty of energy to have plenty of sex, you will need to feast on foods that contain zinc, magnesium, selenium, phosphorous, Vitamins, A, B, C, and E. If you don’t watch your diet carefully or don’t know which nutrients you are deficient in, taking a daily supplement could very well be the missing link to your good sex.
