Check them out and see if you can find a cost-effective way of keeping the pounds off. Also look into taking a group personal training class with friends.
Dress up a little – The weather outside is frightful, but you don’t have to look it! Studies show that the better you feel about yourself, the less harm you will do to your body. So if you’re attending a fancy party, dress for success and chat it up with a handsome stranger. Cook yourself some low-fat options – Going to the family home for that big holiday day? Used to getting home cooking from Mom? This year, try something a little different. You never know – you could be starting a new and original family tradition!
