Everyone has heard the hype about the P90x system! You have too otherwise you probably wouldn’t be reading this article. There are many P90x reviews out there for your reading, but this is the most honest review out there.

The P90X is an extremely exclusive and a hot item on the market because it doesn’t require any expensive home gym equipment in order to operate it. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a chin up bar, and a few push up stands. It is really inexpensive to start and definitely worth every penny you will spend on this P90x reviews system.

What exactly will you get?

When you buy the P90x reviews system you will get 3 (THREE) training manuals, a 3 phase nutrition program, a fitness guide, and a video overview called “How to Bring It”. The best part of the program is that you will also get 12 videos. These videos will consist of strength training, cardio, yoga, polymerics, abs, and yoga. On top of that, you will get free support tools that will easily help your workout.

These tools are the following:

1. Free online support tools- These tools will greatly help you into developing your body where you want it to be.

2. P90X calendar-This is a great calendar that will help you stay organized and help you reach all your goals.

The P90X is a program that is geared towards an extreme workout. The goal of this program is to get you lean and ripped in 90 days. Many people are easily achieving this goal thanks to the P90X. You have to really focus on the exercises and videos though. You can’t be a slacker when following this program.

Does the P90X really work?

I can now self-confidently say that P90x is a great workout program and it truly works. I have believed all the hype and followed a lot of home workouts in the past, and although they worked for a while, never seemed to work out in the end. The problem was my body was quickly adapting to the exercise programs I was following. The P90x is different from any other home workout that I have done because it does not let your body adapt to a “normal routine” exercise which allows you to see results easily. The P90x DVDs also target specific parts of my body and allowed me to work on the ones that I really wanted to improve. This program is extremely inexpensive and I recommend it to anyone that is serious about changing their lives for the better. Once you get started using the P90x system you will never want to quit because you will start seeing results within a week to motivate you to keep going! Once you see these results you are never going to want to stop. The exercises are also so simple to follow that you will pick up on it right away! I wish you the best of luck in buying the P90X system. It is definitely worth every penny spent!

Most people, myself included, have been caught up in the hype of exercise equipment by Advertisements that make you believe that you need to have expensive equipment and/or machines, or go to a gym, in order to get a great workout. Well, here is the truth. You only need a pair of legs that can move and a couple of walking poles to get a total body workout.

We have all seen the ads for the Bowflex , the great abs sculpting contraption and many other types of home base gym sets with the top fit actors and models trying to lure us in to spend our hard earned cash. I must say I was one of them. After spending thousands on great big dust collector I just had to get rid of the thing. I am in no way bashing home gym equipment. These machines are high tech and built extremely well and the physics that go with them when used properly will benefit the user. Unfortunately over 90 percent of the people (like myself) who purchase home gyms only use them for a short time and the novelty wears off soon enough and in return is something often looked at when walked buy. Although we are a people who want to get in shape and feel better about ourselves we forget the simple thing that we do on a daily basis that can help maintain a healthy body and cardiovascular system, and that is walking. We have heard the term ” walk a block a day” many times from TV ads and our phys E.D teachers to help keep us fit. With this in mind there is a better way to walk that can be the new way for a total body work out, and this the Nordic Walking Technique.

Nordic walking has it’s origins from off season ski training. An activity used for decades know as ski walking by cross country skiers who wanted to stay in shape and build stamina during the off season. It quickly became a way for people who had knee pain and back to pain to walk again reducing the amount of pain in their joints.

The first specially designed walking poles with optional rubber tips (for hard surfaces, such as concrete and pavement) were designed by Tom Rutlin. Rutlin’s designs and enthusiasm helped to urbanize fitness pole walking.

In 1997, Finnish ski pole manufacturer Exel, working with Marko Kantaneva, introduced the trademarked Nordic Walker poles. “Nordic walking” became the accepted term for fitness walking with specially designed poles. Although fitness walking with poles has been relatively slow to be embraced in North America, the Nordic skiing savvy Northern Europeans quickly embraced this dry land hybrid of two of their favorite fitness activities, Nordic skiing and walking, and a little more than a decade after its introduction in Europe, an estimated 8-10 million people (mostly in Northern Europe) have taken up fitness walking with specially designed poles as a regular form of exercise. This is a great outdoor fitness activity that can help maintain a healthy life style and to meet new people. There are clubs that walk daily, weekly and monthly that have some great times together. No matter if you are the fitness elite who want to power walk with this technique or just stroll along with a friend enjoying each others company. Either way healthy living is key to longevity and Nordic Walking is great way to achieve that.

You work out at home, at the gym, maybe even at work. But do you really know what to do? This article will provide you with information on how to put together a fitness training plan that fits all of your needs – lifestyle, fitness level, time constraints and interests. Whether you’re just starting out or been at it for years, the following information will be beneficial to you.

So you have home gym equipment and/or a health club membership, and you may even be using them on a regular basis. But, how do you put together an exercise plan that not only helps you improve your body’s health, but also do it in a way that fits the rest of your life?

1. Define what your goals are. Are you looking to lose weight? Gain muscle? Tone up what you already have? You’ll need to decide what it is you want to accomplish before you can define what your plan is.

2. Understand that you need to start slowly. Your body will adjust quickly to the changes that will take place as you get into a regular exercise program – but overdoing things at the beginning will have the opposite effect you are looking for. Start with a simple program, and build onto it as your fitness improves.

3. Decide how much time you can spend per day. And, and dedicate yourself to using that time for your fitness workouts. Keep in mind that committing two percent of your day will get you to where you need to be!

4. Write it down beforehand. Plan out your workouts, and keep track of your results. Pick your exercises, pick your weight for the exercise, pick your number of sets / number of reps, pick your time that you’ll do cardio, and commit to it.

5. When doing your planning – break up your routine. For example – if you’re doing weight training, don’t try to train all your muscle groups in one session. Rather, schedule your chest and arm exercises for one session, back and shoulder exercises for the next, and legs & abdominals for the third. Keeping variety in your training will not only help keep you motivated, it also helps keep you from overtraining and getting hurt.

6. See your doctor. Before you put your plan into action, talk to your doctor, and make sure that what you’ve planned won’t hurt you, only help you!

7. Learn about your body. Learn about what muscles make up your body, and what exercises work the muscle groups you’d like to concentrate on. Learn about what the difference is between “cardio efficiency” and “burning fat”. For example, running on the treadmill at your peak speed, may build your cardiovascular system, but running at a much slower pace actually is better for training your body to burn fat.

Your plan is just that – yours. In the end, you’ll only get out of your plan what you put into it. And, the best way to create a successful plan is to create something that you’re not just comfortable with, but a plan that challenges you to push yourself just a little bit farther! You only get out of your plan what you put into it. And, the best way to create a successful plan is to create something that you’re not just comfortable with, but a plan that challenges you to push yourself just a little bit farther!

There are many ways to workout at home that don’t involve buy expensive home gym equipment. As a matter of fact, you can get a better at home workout with bodyweight calisthenics, dumbbells of a combination of both. Let’s see why these options are better for your at home workouts.

Workout At Home With Bodyweight Calisthenics

Bodyweight exercises and calisthenics are something you can do right now. You don’t need any expensive equipment, although I would recommend getting a pull up bar. And don’t let the simplicity of bodyweight workouts fool you. They are very effective at improving fitness, burning off fat and building a strong, athletic body.

Even just doing as many bodyweight circuits of squats, push ups and crunches in 15 minutes can be a great at home workout. But the fact of the matter is, there are hundreds of bodyweight exercises and ways to combine so you will never be left wanting for an effective fat burning, muscle building workout. Try the above circuit workout and you’ll see what I mean.

Workout At Home With Dumbbells

Dumbbells are one of the best training devices available… bar none. Unfortunately, they are often neglected and used only for isolation type exercises to hit small muscle groups. This is a big mistake because they can provide on of the best full body workouts. And you can do them in the comfort of your won home.

I especially like dumbbell workouts because you can use the dumbbells with both limbs at the same time, one limb at a time or in an alternating fashion. This trains your body in the way it most naturally moves in the real world. Plus, they are great for building muscle and burning fat.

Workout At Home By Combining Bodyweight Calisthenics And Dumbbells

In my opinion, one of the best ways to workout at home is to combine bodyweight calisthenics with dumbbell exercises. The possibilities are endless and the workout is ultra effective. Here’s why…

Exercise is really about movement. There is the movement of your own body. And there is the movement of weighted objects. So, when you train using bodyweight exercises and dumbbells combined you are using the two best tools. And the results are fitness increases you can use, health benefits you can feel and appearance improvements (less fat and more muscle), you can see.

I hope your realize by now that with these 3 ways to workout at home you don’t need to join a gym. You can use your own body or dumbbells and get an at home workout that is actually better than a gym workout with all their shiny machines. Try an at home workout today and see how much better you perform, feel and look.
