Everyone has heard the hype about the P90x system! You have too otherwise you probably wouldn’t be reading this article. There are many P90x reviews out there for your reading, but this is the most honest review out there.

The P90X is an extremely exclusive and a hot item on the market because it doesn’t require any expensive home gym equipment in order to operate it. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a chin up bar, and a few push up stands. It is really inexpensive to start and definitely worth every penny you will spend on this P90x reviews system.

What exactly will you get?

When you buy the P90x reviews system you will get 3 (THREE) training manuals, a 3 phase nutrition program, a fitness guide, and a video overview called “How to Bring It”. The best part of the program is that you will also get 12 videos. These videos will consist of strength training, cardio, yoga, polymerics, abs, and yoga. On top of that, you will get free support tools that will easily help your workout.

These tools are the following:

1. Free online support tools- These tools will greatly help you into developing your body where you want it to be.

2. P90X calendar-This is a great calendar that will help you stay organized and help you reach all your goals.

The P90X is a program that is geared towards an extreme workout. The goal of this program is to get you lean and ripped in 90 days. Many people are easily achieving this goal thanks to the P90X. You have to really focus on the exercises and videos though. You can’t be a slacker when following this program.

Does the P90X really work?

I can now self-confidently say that P90x is a great workout program and it truly works. I have believed all the hype and followed a lot of home workouts in the past, and although they worked for a while, never seemed to work out in the end. The problem was my body was quickly adapting to the exercise programs I was following. The P90x is different from any other home workout that I have done because it does not let your body adapt to a “normal routine” exercise which allows you to see results easily. The P90x DVDs also target specific parts of my body and allowed me to work on the ones that I really wanted to improve. This program is extremely inexpensive and I recommend it to anyone that is serious about changing their lives for the better. Once you get started using the P90x system you will never want to quit because you will start seeing results within a week to motivate you to keep going! Once you see these results you are never going to want to stop. The exercises are also so simple to follow that you will pick up on it right away! I wish you the best of luck in buying the P90X system. It is definitely worth every penny spent!

Working out a home is both a convenient and economical way to get into shape. Gone are the days of couch potatoes dancing to the oldies: high intensity workouts are available for men using the science of the body as the only equipment needed.

Power 90 Boot Camp

The Power 90 workout is hosted by Tony Horton and this program is recommended for those men who are just starting out on the fitness journey. This program comes with a sculpting band and a series of six workouts that are geared toward targeting specific body areas for maximum toning and fat burning results in 30 minute workouts. The workouts include: cardio, abs and sculpting workouts.

Following the program results in weight loss and overall fitness, and can easily be done in a living room.

P90X

The P90X at home workout program is another great program that will push men to their limits. This is a 90 day system which requires an additional month of commitment over the Insanity program, but the results are dramatic and well worth the effort.

The P90X combines strength training with cardio, either yoga, plyometrics and kenpo movements. The routines are mixed up after the first few weeks in order to intensify the workouts and to keep things fresh and interesting.

Tony Horton is the taskmaster for this customizable program. Depending on what your end goal is, the P90X system allows you to mix and match the workouts to achieve weight loss, sculpting or overall fitness. The workouts are intense, but the results are dramatic.

Insanity

Shaun T is the trainer who takes home workouts to the next level with arguably the hardest at home workout series. With a program that encompasses 60 days of grueling workouts on 10 DVDs and each workout lasting 40 minutes, this program is not for the weak willed. The Insanity program also includes a fitness guide, nutrition guide and fitness tracker.

The key to success with the Insanity program is performing each exercise to the maximum of your ability. Series of high intensity exercises are followed by short bursts of moderate level exercises, with short drink breaks scattered throughout. The program utilizes a variety of cardio, plyometrics, drills, resistance and core exercises for a total body workout. The lack of required additional equipment makes this the perfect workout for a home, or home gym.

Femme fatale: “A women who is considered to be dangerously seductive.” It’s every woman’s dream to be one, like the character played by Angelina Jolie in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Sexy, fit, mentally and emotionally tough, ready to chase and shoot anytime.

Take away the pouting lips and the chasing and the shooting, every woman aspires to be sexy, fit and be mentally and emotionally tough. Sadly, though, the demands of modern living, the financial realities and the stresses of work have put the road to being a femme fatale—exercise diva on the back burner.

This does not have to be the case, however. You don’t need to invest in gym membership or buy designer workout clothes (which become a necessity with gym membership) to stay fit. All you need is determination, motivation and the will-to-succeed. And of course, a consistent home workout schedule.

For women, one of the easiest exercises that you can do at home is wall squats. With your back firmly against the wall, slide down slowly and squat. You can repeat this as often as you can to workout your abs and thighs. Jumping jacks and/or skipping ropes are good cardiovascular workouts that you can do without expensive home fitness equipment.

Crunches are also excellent ab sculptors that you can incorporate into your home workout regimen. Doing hula hoops is one great exercise, too. It exercises you ab muscles while giving you loads of fun reminiscent of your childhood days. If there’s a hill or an incline near your house (stairs will even do, you just have to be a tad more careful), you can do sprints to strengthen your thighs and legs. Start by sprinting for 50 yards and once you’ve built up your strength and endurance, you can gradually increase it by increments of 10 yards. But do no more than a 1000 yard sprints in one day and make sure that you warm up and stretch beforehand to prevent yourself from pulling a muscle or experiencing any other serious injuries.

For toned shoulders and sculpted arms, you can do chair push-ups. With a stable chair for support, lean forward in a push-up position, hold the chair and while standing on the tips of your toes, do your push-ups. Keep your back straight as much as you can and your face forward. This workout not only trims sagging arms, it also makes your breast look much larger (yep!) by strengthening your chest muscles.

Other home workouts that give you the killer bod you desire include curls with the milk or water bottles. An early-morning or late-night brisk walk around your neighborhood is also a good cardiovascular workout. If you have a bike, cycling around the neighborhood is also one cool way to get that hot body you’ve been aiming for.

If you’re a mom, staying at home with the kids can be turned into one fun exercise regimen. You can chase them around and get a good cardiovascular workout in the process. If you’re a single woman living with your dog, you can walk or jog or play fetch with your pooch and achieve the great body you want.

Having a femme fatale body is a not as hard as you initially think. A little creativity, common sense, lots of enthusiasm and of course, an exercise regimen, are really all you need.

When you do the body-weight circuits you will be building lean muscle in addition to burning fat.

Building lean muscle helps you to increase your metabolism and you will be able to develop a good physique. These circuit training home workouts consist of various exercises like advanced burpees, inverted rows with your palms up, one leg Romanian deadlift, close grip push ups, plank and jumping jacks. Do each one right after the other and repeat the whole sequence as much as you can. You should be able to complete a certain number of circuits in a set period of time, like 15-25 minutes. Once you start doing them you will realize their effectiveness.

The second type of exercises consist of squat thrusts, door pull ups, handstand push ups, Bulgarian split squats, reverse crunches and squat jumps. Just like the first set, perform these one after the other and complete as many repetitions as possible in the set period of time. The third set consists of the advanced burpees only. Try to complete as many burpees as possible in the specified time, at least about 50 times in 15-25 minutes.

When you do these home workouts regularly you will see a great transformation and your body will gain a lot of other benefits too. Apart from loss of fat you can enjoy a strong, healthy and athletic physique as well. Try to increase the number of repetitions if you want them to be more effective.
