We have already looked at what the female orgasm is in other articles, here we are going to look at how you and your partner can achieve satisfying orgasms and enhance your relationship.
The conditions must be correct for your partner to achieve orgasm, both partners must be relaxed and in a comfortable setting and feel totally at ease.
The feeling of anxiety must not be present, as well as the moods of both partners must be happy and without care.
This psychological aspect is somehow as important as the physical ones.
Relax and set the mood with foreplay
To achieve orgasm, as much foreplay as possible must be performed. In most cases, and where the woman wishes it, cunnilingus is very effective.
In fact, if cunnilingus is properly performed the woman will reach an initial orgasm.
It should take on the average about 20 minutes. See the net-planet article on cunnilingus for the correct and effective procedures. Do not stop however, as the larger and more important orgasm is yet to come.
3 Positions for great female orgasm
There are three positions that almost insure a long and pleasurable female orgasm. Do not attempt any of the three without adequate foreplay (or the cunnilingus as above).
The first position has many names, but as mentioned in the Perfumed Garden (a classic Arabic text from the golden age of Arabic Literature), it is called Dok-al-Arz, or “pounding on the spot”.
This position assures 3 important factors in copulation. The first is depth of the penis. The second is the “g-spot angle” and the third is maximum clitoral stimulation.
To achieve this position the man sits on the edge of the bed, and the woman sits on the man, inserting his penis deeply into her vagina. She then wraps her legs around him, as well as her arms. The couple is free to kiss if desired.
Then the woman begins a slow grinding movement (no thrusting is possible). She is able to stimulate simultaneously her clitoris and g-spot. The orgasm comes quickly and with great intensity.
Should the man be able to ejaculate into her womb as she is finishing, the result is only intensified. The woman will love the man greatly if performed well.
The second position also has a great many names, but is commonly knows as The Gates of Heaven.
To perform this The woman lies on her back. The man lies or kneels in alignment with the vagina.
The man will hold (or press with his shoulder) the woman’s leg(s) upwards to adapt the positioning of the woman’s pelvis. This position, as believed by some, achieves a faster and more intense type of female orgasm.
This can be accomplished through lifting the women’s leg(s) higher upwards; the deeper the man’s penis can fully go in.
Again, there is both clitoral and g-spot stimulation. Again, there is very little or no thrusting, but a slow and steady grinding movement. If the woman and man can grind in rhythm, the effect is only heightened.
The third position is a variation of the second, and is called Crab on its Back. This position, like the previous two assures maximum clitoral and g-spot stimulation. This position allows for some thrusting.
The woman lies on her back with a cushion beneath her buttocks, and the man kneels or lies on top of her while pressing her thighs hard against her chest. The vagina will be tighter and the cervix will be pushed forward, so the penis presses against the cervix when thrusting, with a corresponding intensity of sensation. The result is often a very quick and immediate orgasm (or series of orgasms) of the woman.
Achieving satisfaction
The practicing of these three positions will give you and your partner a lot of pleasure and if done correctly can help her achieve wonderful orgasms to enhance and fulfill your relationship with each other.

A pelvic examination is a visual and manual inspection of a woman’s reproductive organs. This exam is usually performed annually by a gynecologist in order to make sure that there are no problems such as infections or growths. A Pap smear is a test to look for cervical cancer.
During a pelvic exam, a woman will remove her clothing and put on a medical examining gown. She will lie on her back on the physician’s exam table and place her feet in stirrups, which are actually metal supports attached to the bottom sides of the table.
The physician will examine the patient’s exterior reproductive organs to make sure that there are no signs of infections, redness or abnormal growths or sores. The doctor will then inspect the internal reproductive organs by inserting a medical tool, called a speculum, into the vagina, which opens the area until the vagina and cervix are viewable.
The internal organs of the uterus and ovaries are also examined by the doctor by placing a rubber gloved finger into the vagina and one hand on top of the lower abdomen in order to palpate the area.
A pap test is done by collecting some cells from the end of the cervix, which is the narrow opening at the end of the vagina. The cells are collected with a swab and sent to the laboratory to check for any sign of cervical cancer. It is recommended that a woman begin having an annual pap test by the age of twenty-one or sooner if she is sexually active.
After a woman reaches seventy years old or if she has had a hysterectomy, she may not need to have this test any longer. It is wise for a woman to discuss this with her gynecologist because every case is a bit different.
If there are any abnormalities during a pelvic exam, a gynecologist will be able to let the patient know immediately. The pap test will need several days to a week to elapse before the results are available. There are occasions when the test will point to possible abnormities but turn out not to be cervical cancer.
A retest is always done in the case of an abnormal result in order to determine if it was a faulty test or if there are indeed suspicious cells that need to be addressed. False positives can occur for many reasons, including the fact that inadequate cells may have been collected. Even if there is a problem, early detection will allow the most successful remediation of the health concern.
Annual physical checkups are the best forms of preventative medicine in caring for women’s health. Pap smears and pelvic exams can make sure that a woman stays healthy by alerting the physician to any signs of trouble.

In early pregnancy, discharge is quite normal. In fact some women notice this discharge before they even know they are pregnant and mistakenly believe it to be a yeast infection. Vaginal discharge is one of the early symptoms that you are pregnant even before it is possible for the pregnancy to show up in a blood or urine test or in a home pregnancy kit. While you can expect to have some vaginal discharge all the way through the pregnancy, it is more so in the early weeks. This is because the walls of the vagina are becoming thicker and so some of the mucous leaks because of the turnover in the cells of the lining.
The lining starts to thicken because the brain starts producing more of the female hormone estrogen . This causes an increased blood flow to the vagina. This cervical mucous is also a sign later in your pregnancy that you are close to delivering the baby with an increase in the discharge around this time. This may come out as one lump, often referred to as the mucous plug, or you may just notice that your have more discharge than usual.
You do have to be careful with a discharge early in the pregnancy and at all times throughout the forty weeks. If you notice that the discharge has a foul smell to it or is discoloured, rather than being white, this is a symptom of a bacterial or yeast infection. The discharge is often accompanied by itching and burning. When you see your doctor about this problem, the results of a urine test can tell whether there are any yeast cells present. The doctor will prescribe a cream for you to use externally and cream or capsules that you can use internally by means of a special applicator. You can also purchase this type of treatment over the counter without a prescription and is safe to use during pregnancy.
Although having a yeast infection while you are pregnant will not harm the baby, it will make you feel really uncomfortable, especially at night. If you scratch this area too much, this can lead to a vaginal infection, which could spread to the uterus. Another problem that you could encounter is that if you leave the yeast infection untreated, as the baby passes through the vagina during the birthing process, it could easily pick up the infection.
One way in which you can prevent a yeast infection from developing is to always keep the genital area clean and dry. You also have to keep in mind that yeast cells occur naturally in the body and can even bloom into an infection as part of your body reaction to foods or even scented soaps and lotions. Yogurt is especially effective in helping to treat and prevent a yeast infection and is part of a healthy diet whether you are pregnant or not.
If you are not sure whether the vaginal discharge you have early in your pregnancy is actually a symptom that you are going to have a baby, you can contact your doctor for a check up just to make sure.

If you know what to look for the symptoms of ovulation are very easy to spot. Ovulation usually occurs 12-16 days after the first day of your last period. During ovulation your body will make some slight changes such as a change in vaginal secretions, slight cramping, elevated body temp, and sometimes it may be accompanied by some very light spotting. You have most likely seen or felt these changes before but paid no attention to them, as they are very subtle in nature. Noticing these changes are not difficult you just need to pay close attention to your body.
The first step to noticing changes in your body is to know your body very well; this is usually extremely simple for women as we are very intuitive by nature Just another plus of being a woman. The first symptom of ovulation is your vaginal secretions will increase and become almost the consistency of raw egg whites, this occurs because of a change in hormones.
Two to three days before ovulation you will notice this increase of clear slippery vaginal discharge, during these days you are fertile but, the last day of the vaginal discharge you are most fertile. This is because it is on this last day of discharge or the day after, that ovulation actually occurs. Remember, sperm can live up to five days in the vagina so even if you have not ovulated having intercourse on these days is very beneficial.
The second symptom of ovulation is slight cramping; this cramping you may feel is often called mittelschmerz which means middle pain in German. Middle pain is usually felt on the side you’re ovulating on. This is caused by the release and movement of the unfertilized egg down the fallopian tube. For me this is not a constant pain it is usually just one of those “ouch what was that?” and then it is gone however, and this may occur several times during the day.
Pain associated with ovulation may occur every month but, for some reason usually occurs every third month. In most women the pain disappears within 6 to 8 hours but, can persist for 24 to 48 hours. You may also experience nausea, bloating, frequent urination, and pain during intercourse however, this is uncommon.
It is at this time you may also notice a slight pink tint in the vaginal secretions, don’t worry this is completely normal. These signs and symptoms may vary from woman to woman but, one way to surely tell is to check your basal body temperature. After ovulation a woman’s basal body temperature will rise 0.4-1 degrees.
As well as the symptoms listed here, many women report that during this time they actually have an increased desire to have sex. This is simply your body’s way of making sure all of its hard work does not go to waste. After all you know what they say it takes two to tango!
I know this may seem like a lot to take in right now but, in the long run becoming more familiar with your body and all its working structures will not only help you identify the symptoms of ovulation but, can also help you get pregnant in the shortest period of time.

Men are so concerned about penile length that they seem to neglect the importance of penile girth. Though most men dream of having longer penises most women think that it is girth that is more important. This is because it is the first two inches of the vaginal walls that are most erogenous and a thicker penis is likely to create more friction resulting in greater sensations in the vagina.
Make Your Penis Thick
Though there are a couple of methods and products available to help you increase your penile size both in terms of length and girth, the easiest and the safest method is penile exercises. These exercises are not something novel but have existed for centuries. However, now you can easily access them through internet. Moreover, there has been a clinical study which confirms the efficacy of these exercises in penile enlargement.
These exercises help expand the erectile tissue so that it can hold a larger amount of blood when performed regularly so as it to increase its blood holding capacity. More blood in the erectile tissue simply means a longer and thicker member for you.
There are certain exercises which are specifically aimed at increasing penile girth for instance, the Squeezing exercises.
Though there are many exercises programs, few are good in terms of content, effectiveness and quality. You should make it a point to join a good program that helps you perform exercises through video illustrations. Moreover, it should be able to provide a lot of variation in the exercises so that you do not get bored performing the same mundane exercises week after week.
Another very effective method of penile enhancement is by using a traction device. A traction device makes penile enlargement even simpler. All you need to do is just wear it and it begins applying longitudinal pressure along the length of the shaft which tends to expand the erectile tissue over time.
Make sure the device you buy is clinically approved and fitted with a rubber padded comfort strap in place of the regular silicone noose strap since this makes wearing the device extremely comfortable.
Though both these techniques are good, you can really enhance their effect by combining natural pills with either of them. Natural pills provide a thrust to the penile growth by increasing blood circulation to the genitals so that more blood can enter the erectile tissue. Moreover, a combination of exercises and natural pills is not only going to help you gain a few extra inches but also help enhance your staying power, libido, sexual stamina and semen production.
